DNA is quickly becoming a necessary evaluation in solving complex forensic genealogical questions. Debbie Parker Wayne, CG, will present an extensive block of instruction in the upcoming Forensic Genealogy Institute’s Advanced Forensic Evidence Analysis course. This program will explore the current advances being made in DNA technology and the application of the science by the forensic genealogist. The Department of Defense will detail their methods in identifying and confirming missing military personnel through the use of DNA and forensic genealogical work.
The Forensic Genealogy Institute is being presented in Dallas, Texas from 24 March through 29 March 2014. The prerequisite Foundations in Forensic Genealogy will be presented from 24 March through 26 March 2014 with the Advanced Forensic Evidence Analysis following from 27 March through 29 March 2014.
